Cave Creek Council Meeting
Monday, April 1st, 2024, 6pm at Town Hall
Regular Council Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of the month unless they fall on a Holiday or are canceled.
In case of a holiday, the Regular Council Meeting is conducted the following Tuesday. The public is encouraged to participate in person at Town Hall, or remotely via Zoom. Regular Council Meetings are also recorded and available by video on the website under Council Videos.
Agendas can be found by clicking the pdf icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Town calendar, or in the Town's Document Center.
To participate or speak during a Council Meeting please complete a comment card and submit them to the Town Clerk. In-person this can be done immediately before the meeting. Learn the Spur Cross Ranch story, from the harsh lives of its pre-history inhabitants and lively dude ranch days to its preservation through amazing grassroots efforts of dedicated tonspeople. Presenter Kraig Nelson began as a docent at the Cave Creek Museum in 2008, became a regular columnist for the Museum’s newsletter in 2011 and the Museum Board elected him the Museum’s official historian in 2016. Kraig also co-authored the Museum’s 2013 book, Images of America-Cave Creek and Carefree. Kraig is a regular columnist for “A Peak at the Peak” and North Valley Magazine and he has been published in many other periodicals, including True West. Purpose of Rock the District Rock the District is a student led concert that showcases the many talented teen performers from Cave Creek and the surrounding area. RTD has grown considerably over the years, both in talent and in audience, and remains a unique signature event. The money raised at RTD funds a Cave Creek Unified School District grant program sponsored by CCUEF. To date, CCUEF has awarded CCUSD classrooms almost $400,000 in grants! Our Mission The mission of CCUEF is to provide the district with supplemental funding necessary to support classroom resources, international learning, music and the arts, and health and wellness. This is accomplished through fundraising, donations, grants, and endowments.
