Welcome
Welcome to the Rancho Mañana community in Cave Creek, Arizona. It is located in the core of the beautiful and historic town of Cave Creek, with its origins dating back to the early gold miners and cattle ranchers of Arizona. The community is strategically located between Rancho Mañana golf course, Black Mountain, Elephant Mountain and the downtown shops, restaurants and bars. You can take your golf cart directly over to the golf course, or take a leisurely walk into town, or just sit back and take in the stunning Sonoran Desert views.
The community was established in 1987 with a vision of providing unique custom Southwestern style homes. Over time 100 homes have been built with the latest being completed in 2022. The community is managed by a HOA with active participation from the community members.

Cave Creek is famous for its very active Music scene! There is always live music at the town’s bars and restaurants. Note, several of the musicians are from our own Rancho Manana community!
