Memorial Day Tribute

Join us on Monday, May 26 from 8 to 9 a.m.for a meaningful Memorial Day gathering in a peaceful pioneer cemetery as we honor those who gave their lives in service. The program includes keynote speaker Aviva Schnitzer sharing the story of veteran Rick Baker, remarks from Korean War historian Susan Key, and patriotic performances by local student Sophia Stasik.

 

Vietnam veteran Mike Wold will lead the Pledge of Allegiance, with an invocation by Pastor Steve Gilbertson and a flag ceremony by Boy Scout Troop 603. Student representatives from Imprints of Honor will take part, and refreshments will be provided by the Daughters of the American Revolution. All are welcome to attend this heartfelt tribute.
