Regular Council Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of the month unless they fall on a Holiday or are canceled.
In case of a holiday, the Regular Council Meeting is conducted the following Tuesday. The public is encouraged to participate in person at Town Hall, or remotely via Zoom. Regular Council Meetings are also recorded and available by video on the website under Council Videos.
Agendas can be found by clicking the pdf icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Town calendar, or in the Town's Document Center.
To participate or speak during a Council Meeting please complete a comment card and submit them to the Town Clerk. In-person this can be done immediately before the meeting. If you plan to participate remotely through Zoom, please submit an electronic comment card no later than 2pm the day of the meeting here: https://www.cavecreekAZ.gov/comment
